Rule for every one except Hyderabad

Every one who runs a bike should wear a helmet. That's the rule in every state. In Andhra Pradesh
it's a must rule. They made the helmet a mandatory thing while driving. By that chance the traffic
police's started collecting fine's. But the thing is not a matter of fine, it's a matter of life. In
order to save them selves and not to get seviourly injured, they implemented a rule to wear a helmet
while driving a two wheeler vehicle.

But in the case of Telangana that rule is not yet implemented.There are talks that's going on between
police and department of transport to implement the rule. But there is news that there are some
political reasons to not yet implement this rule. The govt feels that it's better to not to take any
decision's till the greater hyderabad election get over.

If the opposition admits about the siviour collection of fine then that would cause a problem during elections. As TRS win's then the ball will be in the court of KCR. Then they can start their new rules and regulations. Even the transport minister Mahendar Reddy says that he would dscuss about this with KCR and give a notification on this.
