KCR discusses with Governor for 3hrs on AP issue

KCR who is the CM of Telangana state met Governor. The general meeting will be not for a very long time. But they had their meeting for about 3 hours.That makes something interesting.
As governor stays in Hyderabad before and after the separation of the states, he can only know about the situations when some one says something or if some one acts as a mediator. He can only believe to what ever he gets to hear. So, there may be a chance that some people may try to complaint on other which may lead to some other future problems.

Usually in the official meetings they can only say about their needs and requirements. They cannot officially speeks about silly issues that they come across regularly in news papers or in media.
When they have their one- to-one meeting, they can have their conversation by their open hearts.
Recently KCR had his meeting with governor on AP's Project. The project which is being handled by Telangana government was proved as a project with no official permissions. Now Telangana govt is mentioning that 'Pathiseema' project don't have permit for the construction.

Reports say that the official talk was about destroying the Osmania hospital and constructing a new building instead of the old one. And having a special High court. The unofficial meeting is about the tapping issue. As he is about to go to New Delhi, he asks the Governor to inquire about the situations and mood of the Delhi Government. Any how the meeting between the two took place for nearly 3 hours.
