Shocking news to Osmania University Students

Osmania University students staged a dharna all of a sudden at Block C near KCR's office at Secretariat. Students started their demo protest against the Government's decision over giving away 11 acres university land for other private purposes for constructing houses for the poor people.

The students yelled slogans against the Telangana Chief Minister KCR. The students alleged that the government is taking away lands of the Universities for other profitable motives.The students claimed "The government says it is taking the lands occupied into custody.

In the same context, the government is also planning to take away the university lands and sell it to private firms." Keeping in mind the security, the police personnel immediately attacked students and vacated the place by pulling them away from the Block C where actually the Chief Minister KCR's office is there.
